The school year has officially come to a close, and we’re proud to highlight a few of the incredible students supported by our South Cobb Site Coordinators, Jared Coronado and Eboni Cook.
Megan, one of the first students Jared connected with at South Cobb, has come a long way over the past two years. Once unsure about school and her future, she’s now enrolling at Kennesaw State University this fall — a true reflection of her growth and determination.
Nayeli, an English Language Learner, began her journey with very limited English. Despite the challenge, she consistently advocated for herself and worked hard to improve. Now, she communicates with confidence and continues to make progress every day.
Eboni shared the journey of D’Miya, a student whose growth has been just as inspiring. Building a connection wasn’t easy at first, but through patience, shared goals, and a few popcorn-filled check-ins, a strong partnership formed. Watching D’Miya walk across the graduation stage was a proud and unforgettable moment.
We’re continually inspired by the resilience, effort, and heart our students show — and grateful for the site coordinators who help guide and support them along the way.
