Volunteer

There are many ways to help kids succeed in school and prepare for life! Do you want to play a part in our success? Do you have time or talent to share with the youth of our community?

  • Volunteer Your Time: Work with a child as a tutor or mentor. Learn how you can share your experience, energy and enthusiasm to help young people succeed in school. It may make the critical difference in a young person's life. Please check out our Georgia Literacy Connection or Mentoring programs.

  • Make a Connection with Your Local School: Do you represent a community organization, agency, business or health care provider? Would the children in your local schools benefit from being connected to your colleagues and coworkers? Find out how Communities in Schools of Marietta/Cobb County (CISMCC) can bring your resources right into the school and get them working for kids.
